Our service delivery process is divided into 4 phases:
1. Initial contact:
This phase is meant to initiate contact with the client physically or online because we’re that flexible
2. Understand the needs of the client:
This phase is critical because it enables us to identify, and understand the needs of the clients.
3. Setting up a plan of work:
Based on the needs collected in the previous phase, we can come up with a plan on how to serve the clients within specific deadlines.
4. Follow up:
Once you become our client, you’re like part of our family. It’s paramount to us to follow you up to make sure everything is going on well.
